Waterfall Wonder (Poconos)

"From the moment we stepped out of our car and walked into the house we fell in love with the property. The house met all of our needs which included plenty of things available for all ages to do. The extra amenities which were available to us such as mini fridges throughout the home which housed water bottles was so appreciated, plenty of towels for all guests, a fully stocked kitchen made cooking joyful, being able to step out onto a beautiful outside porch with a table, cushioned places to seat, a TV and stocked refrigerator plus ice machine and bar with stools was a wonderful place to be outside and see and hear the falls. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside firepit with comfortable chairs along with places to sit on the extensive decks surrounding the home. The added bonus of seeing and hearing the waterfall was truly magical. I would note for people with mobility issues, spiral stairs are used to get between floors. After sharing my experience with friends and family there has been much interest in renting this beautiful and well maintained house in the future."

"Wonderful property. We stayed four nights with our adult children, their spouses, and a small dog. We all had a great time. The house was great. The kitchen was very well appointed and stocked. The open floor plan on the main floor made for great family interaction. The bottom floor was great for gaming and had a hot tub right outside. The waterfall just outside was spectacular, and we enjoyed the views of it from the Tiki Bar deck just off the kitchen.We made good use of the community pool and tennis courts as well and got in a couple of nice hikes in the nearby Delaware Water Gap area.The hosts were very good with all communications."

"We had a great time at this property! The house was neat and clean, and the mini-fridge was fully stocked with drinks. The backyard is truly unique, especially with the waterfall. There was plenty of space and enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The host was professional and very easy to communicate with."

Games to entertain, hidden nooks for some quiet peace and a lovely hot tub to relax in after hiking!! Definitely recommend"

"I’ve rented quite a few Vrbo homes, but this one was by far the best! First off, the complimentary drinks and snacks really created a warm “welcome to our home” atmosphere. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there was propane ready for the grill and gas fire pit—no “go get your own propane” nonsense. There was also plenty of firewood for the wood-burning fire pit.Even the outdoor areas were spotless—from the chairs and tables to the decks. It’s rare to see outdoor spaces kept this clean at a rental. Everything was immaculate.Hot tub? Perfect.TVs and surround sound? Perfect.Beds, linens, and couches? Perfect.Some places you rent make you feel like a temporary occupant, but not here—you truly feel right at home. And the waterfall is absolutely stunning. The pictures honestly don’t do this place justice.The hosts clearly take great pride in their property.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone considering it."

"This was a long needed vacation and well worth it!. Ive never had such a professional experience with the host, they were very welcoming, understanding and patient with every need I had. The communication was top notch!. The amenities were amazing, the view of the waterfall was exquisite and when sitting on the balcony the sounds of the water was extremely relaxing. The home was very warm and cozy and I'm planning my next stay now."

"Loved it. Everything went incredibly smooth. The house was amazing, it was well stocked and the waterfall is stunning. We only stayed two nights and barely left the house cause we just didn't need to. The kids were entertained with the VR set, arcade games, or just playing basketball in the driveway. My wife and I were content to make a cocktail and stare at the waterfall from the second floor master suite. Amazing experience! We will be back!"

"The house were wonderful and our hosts thought of every detail! The kitchen was modern and well stocked and each room was cozy with beautiful views. Our only complaint was the actual community rules. We had several guests visit and we thought the 48 hour notice requirement was quite rigid. Also, one of the guards was extremely rude to one of our guests."

"The photos of this place don't do this place justice. The house was absolutely incredible! Or entire group walked down to the waterfall and doesn't 3 hours swimming and relaxing!
