Later, the hot tub steams under the pines while the den comes alive with foosball and air hockey. Challenge each other at shuffleboard or gather around the poker table. Ten of you, one house, nothing left to drive to. This is Serenity Haven, where the whole group finally gets to stay together.

- Self-check-in with keyless entry - Access code will be sent out once the rental agreement is signed

This property can accommodate up to 10 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit.
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am - please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times.

Replace hot tub cover after use
All trash must be in bags. Place bags in the trash cans that is located in the shed. Properly secure the trash can lids and shed doors. The trash will be collected weekly. See guidebook for more information.
Dishes - Please wash the dishes, or fill and turn on the dishwasher when you check-out.
Follow all Pocono Farms community rules
The home borders a golf course, which is for paying golfers only. The course is monitored, and trespassing can result in fines. Please admire the view from our property rather than walking out onto the course.
If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
Please respect the local habitat. Practice 'leave no trace' and 'pack it in, pack it out.'
PENALTY: $500 for unauthorized late checkout.
PENALTY: $500 minimum fine for breaking any of our house rules.
NO PETS
No unregistered guests allowed - All visitors must be approved and registered by Wander Home

No glass, pets, lotions, oils, soaps, etc., in hot tub
- Drive, bike, or walk within the community. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
- We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained.

Pocono Farms Registration (Required):
- $125 - This is included in the booking total.
- Additional $75 late fee for registrations within 3 business days of check-in
- All community fees are non-refundable once registration has been submitted, regardless of a canceled reservation.
Optional amenity access (not included in registration fee)
- Fitness Center: $10.00 per person, per day (during Member Services office hours)
- Golf: $45.00 per person for 9 holes, plus any applicable cart fees
Pool Access
- Only 6 guests are provided with free pool access
- White wristbands holder are required to pay $10 daily pool fee

Additional Notes
- Guest profiles must be fully verified (ID required)
- Refunds subject to 6% processing fee
- $50 damage waiver applies to all reservations
- Due to the wooded setting, occasional insects or wildlife may be present despite regular pest control
- Burn bans may be issued by the community depending on conditions
- Starter supplies are provided for 2–3 nights; additional items can be purchased nearby (Weis Markets, ShopRite, ALDI, Walmart, CVS)
- Propane is typically provided for the grill and fire pit, but availability is not guaranteed. If all tanks are empty, please refill an existing tank (do not purchase a new tank) and send us the receipt for reimbursement.
