This property can host a maximum of 10 guests, including children and infants, per the local governing regulations.
Quiet Hours: 10pm to 7am - please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times
Flush only toilet paper
Trash - All trash must be bagged. The community has a dumpster site that is available for your use. Take all trash bags to the dumpsters throughout your stay and upon departure. See guidebook for more information.
Dishes - Wash all dishes, or fill and run the dishwasher when you check-out.
Swim in the lake at your own risk. Do not allow children near the lake without adult supervision.
If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
Please respect the local habitat. Practice 'leave no trace' and 'pack it in, pack it out.'
Penalty: $500 for unauthorized late check out

- Drive, bike, or walk within the community. Guests can easily walk or bike to the lake, beach, & volleyball court. Alternatively, all community amenities are just a short 1-5 minute drive away. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.
- We strongly recommend that you travel in a AWD/4WD vehicle. We are located in the mountains and roads can be slick and poorly maintained.

Access to the Camelot Forest community amenities (such as the pool, lake, beach, etc.) is managed by the HOA and is subject to change without notice. Availability, operating hours, and reservation requirements are outside of our control. We recommend checking the official community website or calling their direct office phone number for the most up-to-date information before your stay. Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload your government-issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as send us a photo of your ID. Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee. A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations. Most channels add this upfront. Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed. Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.
Note
- We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Family Dollar, Ahart's Market, DG Market, Wawa and CVS
- We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank
- When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.
