Our Story
Wander Home began with a simple idea: exceptional experiences that create lasting memories for guests, and dedicated care for the homes and investments owners trust us with.
What started in the Poconos has expanded across the Adirondacks, Catskills, Eastern Shore, and Endless Mountains. Our homes are managed with the structure and discipline of real estate experts and the warmth of true hospitality.

Nate Silver
Partner
Nate spent 12 years in multi family real estate development and construction management, leading the successful delivery of more than 3,000 apartments in Washington DC. His background in large scale project oversight and systems driven operations ensures Wander Home runs with precision, reliability, and full transparency for homeowners.
Rex Romano
Partner
Rex is a licensed architect who served as lead designer for more than 1,000 single family luxury homes and contributed to major commercial and institutional projects in Philadelphia and beyond. His expertise in design, quality control, and functional guest flow shapes the elevated standards, consistency, and hospitality that define every Wander Home property.

Marianne Garlitos
Guest Relations Manager
Marianne started as a Quality Analyst for a large telecommunications company in the US before moving to the Real Estate world. She worked as an evaluator for property management groups, handling the Maintenance team for single family, multi-family and military homes. She also worked with Airbnb for four years as a Global Quality Analyst before deciding to become a full time virtual assistant. She likes baking, cooking and travelling to Bantayan Island which she considers as her second home.
